Sometimes, not very often, do weddings run on schedule.  Last Saturday was one of those rare and wonderous events.  Not only did we stay on schedule (to the minute, I kid you not) but all of the vendors involved were in peak form.  The venue (Grand America), the florist (Orchid Dynasty), the dress (Alta Moda), the cake (Carries Cakes), every musician involved from the band to the opera singer at the ceremony, ALL of them impressed me beyond words.  

This beautiful couple had a traditional Chinese Tea Ceremony earlier in the morning followed by a breathtaking western ceremony in the afternoon with dinner and dancing.  Speaking of dancing, these 2 stole many a heart with their first dance as husband and wife.  Flawless is the only word I can use to describe the entire day.  Thanks to diligent planning by the groom everyone had a night to remember!

This Oklahoma girl is pure grace and beauty.  I had such a ball photographing this young lady!  The wedding is just around the corner but it is never too late to do bridals!  Thank you Miss L and thanks to your 'crew' of Aunties for all the support and laughs!

Seriously, I am spoiled rotten.  This amazing young woman, who happens to be as charming and smart as she is gorgeous, was such a blast to photograph.  We have already shot seniors and family stuff at the studio so it was nice to have the challenge to create something totally new and unique for her.  I love what we came up with!  Thanks L, you made my morning today!

How amazing is this bride and groom?   These two could not have been more exciting to work with.  Both were ON TIME (rare, I know!) and super willing to make everyone's day more comfortable and fun, from the guests to us photographers!  The Grand America is such a fantastic place to shoot, if you are interested you HAVE to talk to Lexi Casalino!  A big thanks to A and K for being so amazing to photograph!  I had a blast hanging out with you on your special day!

Wedding season is in full swing and I am loving every minute!  A great photo shoot the day of the wedding, in the heat of the chaos, is a challenge I feel proud that I can always pull off.  I won't even mention the FABULOUS clients I have that help with tons of patience, tenacity and the gift of letting me run with creative ideas that happen spur of the moment. ;)  I seriously have the BEST brides ever!  Thanks ladies!

VaVAVOOM!  This bride and groom were steaming up my lens!  What a great photo shoot this was last night.  The clouds parted and the rain stopped just in time to capture J&J the night before the wedding.  I am predicting that this afternoon will be clear and sunny just in time for the reception! :)

Love is all around!  This darling couple could not be better suited for one another!  Engagements are always so fun to shoot because of the happiness and chemistry the occasion of marriage brings out in everyone!  Thanks A and K, can't wait for the wedding! 

Elle is such a fun loving, energetic kid just on the edge of young ladyness... I think this pose and expression capture a moment where little girls are still little girls but just before the teenage attitude sets in.  Moms, hold onto the littleness of your daughters as long as possible! :)

Oh my!  This little beauty has the vocabulary and maturity of at least a 10 year old!  I had so much fun with Miss S this morning!  Thank you for spoiling me with your sweetness!

Sugar and Spice and all things NICE...  these little darling daughters could not have been better behaved!  I can already imagine how many helping hands their mom has around the house.  I am adoring the look of complete love on their little faces.  Thanks B family for introducing me to your latest lovely lady.

While waiting in a new location for the rest of the family, this mother and daughter just happened to snuggle up in the perfect spot.  I love that this daughter is not yet too old to refuse to openly cuddle with her mom. :)
